Our team at EveryBody Fitness is a passionate group of fitness enthusiasts dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. Each member brings a unique set of skills and a wealth of experience to create a supportive and motivating environment for everybody.


  • OWNER & FOUNDER | PERSONAL TRAINER | GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR | NUTRITIONIST

    My journey into fitness began in 2013 after becoming a new mom. Navigating motherhood felt isolating, and I needed an outlet. I discovered that physical activity brought positive changes to my life, both mentally and physically, and I realized I had found my passion.

    Before launching EveryBody Fitness, I dedicated over 8 years to working out at a local gym, learning the ropes of small business ownership, and becoming a mother of two. It became clear that our community needed something more—an inclusive space for new parents and families. I envisioned creating a supportive community that everyone, even if they didn’t yet realize it, could benefit from. That’s when EveryBody Fitness came to life.

    Outside of my love for my gym, my team, and fitness, I’m a mama, wife, and auntie. When I’m not at hockey practice, soccer games, gymnastics, or dance, you’ll find me enjoying downtime at home or hosting family gatherings. Spending time with my loved ones is what truly brings me joy.


  • GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER

    I first got into fitness when I was 34 years old. My daughter was just over a year old, and I was at my highest weight ever and very out of shape. I decided to join a small local gym where the owners were very helpful and supportive of my progress. That was the beginning of my 25-year journey of lifting weights. When I first started, I lost 90 lbs and got into the best shape of my life, which led me to compete in five bodybuilding competitions between 2004 and 2017. My goals have changed over the years—I have had three joint replacements and various other injuries—and now I primarily train with kettlebells and focus on functional mobility. I want to still be going to the gym in my 80s!

    When I was given the opportunity to teach group fitness classes at EveryBody Fitness, I was absolutely thrilled! I had wanted to work at a gym since I started lifting weights. I worked as a nurse for 32 years, and after I retired, I got my dream job! Although I was a little unsure initially, as I had never done it before, it turns out that I absolutely love it! I also do personal training and am very passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I put a lot of focus on core strength training and functional mobility, as this will help people avoid injuries as they age. I am proud to be part of the EveryBody Fitness team and to help Carrie make this the best, most welcoming gym in town. Don’t be afraid to ask me questions about anything fitness-related; if I can help, I will happily do so!

    Besides enjoying the gym, I love creating things with my hands. I've always been a creative person, and making polymer clay earrings and accessories is now my side gig. Visiting my grown children is my favorite thing to do, along with spending time with my husband, Nick, and my sweet little chihuahua, Mick. I also very much enjoy gardening, and we travel as often as we can, with Europe being our favorite destination.

  • PERSONAL TRAINER

    I have been a personal trainer since 2014, I first got introduced to Personal training when my friend needed help with her new business venture, that is where my love for this lifestyle started to grow and evolved.

    I have worked with the public all my life, I guess you can say I love to be a people person. I love working with Clients and seeing how fitness and a healthy lifestyle can completely transform them into the best versions of themselves.

    In my spare time I am usually being the caregiver to both my parents and my mother in law, hanging out with my sweet pup Rosie, I love to hike, take motorcycle rides with my hubby and of course workout.

    In recent years I have really started paying attention to what my body needs as I (we) age, and the changes that can come with being a woman as we get older, because I have experienced this myself and throughly started taking the time to learn about how our bodies change, evolve and how we can troubleshoot/manage those struggles when we get “a little” older had became a new found passion of mine, I understand the struggle and frustration that comes along with those avenues, but with me by your side. It doesn’t need to feel lonely or frustrating.
