Policies
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
Individuals wishing to cancel their membership or service must come into the facility in person to sign a cancellation form. Please note that all payments will continue until the cancellation form is signed and processed. Cancellations must be completed at least 7 days before the next payment is due in order to avoid the upcoming charge. Failure to complete the necessary steps in person will result in continued charges until the form is signed.
POLICY UPDATE: MEMBERSHIP BILLING
To maintain consistency and accountability across all memberships, the following billing policy is now in effect:
If a payment fails, members will be notified and must update their billing information promptly. Accounts that remain unpaid by the next billing date will be automatically terminated, and access will be revoked.
We understand that things can come up. If you are experiencing issues with your payment method, please reach out before your next billing date so we can assist. We’re committed to running a professional, respectful space—and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining that standard.
